About Our Process
Local Finance, LLC is an indirect lender buying from Franchise Dealerships in the Florida Market. We fund thin file and non-prime credit including businesses, all types of visas, applications without Social Security Numbers, zero beacon score apps and first-time buyers. We review Equifax credit reports along with multiple alternative data sources to score our deals.
Applications may be submitted electronically via Dealertrack or Route One. We review all apps manually and buyers are on call from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday to make decisions and review deals. We generally finance vehicles up to 10 model years old and 120,000 miles without frame or structural damage or airbag deployments flagged on CarFax. Extended terms up to 72 months are available for late model cars with less than 50,000 miles and we can advance up to 140% of NADA clean trade value including back end. Front end advances are generally in the 115-120% range. All cancellable back end products are eligible to contract with Local Finance.
Dealership Forms
Funding is by ACH and deals book the same day all stips are received, including a GPS tracker installation organized by Local Finance directly with the buyer(s). To begin working with Local Finance, please download the attached application and dealer agreement and return it following the instructions listed. After approval, Local Finance will be an available funding source in Dealertrack or Route One within 24 – 48 hours.
